The wine production process takes 2-4 months. All stages of the production process are controlled by international experts from the Institut Oenologique de Champagne, France.
Shabo reservoir sparkling wines are the embodiment of skills of Shabo winemakers. They are fresh and exquisite, distinguishable for the excellent taste, vivid flavor and astonishing play in the wineglass.
Every bottle is produced from 1.6 kg of the highest-quality grapes.
