A collection of ordinary still wines in a convenient bag & box packaging
Produced from grapes harvested from young vines in Shabo terroir by a modern combine and delivered within 30 minutes to the grape receipt and processing facility. The vinification process takes place using state-of-the-art equipment. To preserve the freshness and varietal flavor range of grapes, the wine is not aged in oak barrels but stored in stainless steel reservoirs with controlled temperature.
Shabo Wines feature light, balanced still wines. A convenient bag & box packaging ideally retains the fine flavor and pleasant taste of wines from this collection. Their style matches the modern winemaking trend of ‘wine freshness’. Every three-liter bag & box packaging is produced from 4.3 kg of grapes.
