Corresponds to the global trend of dessert wines with delicate sweetness.

Dessert wines are created from the own grapes of the Chabot terroir, mainly French Cabernet Sauvignon, Traminer rose, Muscat Ottonel, Aligote, etc.

Here there is a mandatory adjustment of the load on the bush - no more than 1.5-2.5 kg.

Thanks to the special microclimate and the unique structure of the soil, the grapes, reaching an ideal level of maturity, are harvested exclusively by hand after 15 minutes and delivered by refrigerators for multiple sorting and delicate processing with temperature control to the Wine House of SHABO, the equipment of which is one of the best in Europe.

Traditional and innovative technologies were used.

Thus, wine fermentation and storage was carried out in modern stainless steel tanks with constant temperature control.

These wines were aged in oak barrels for 1.5-2 years.

According to tradition, dessert wines have been fortified with "Wheat Tear" alcohol - the best in Ukraine.

Made from 100% Cabernet, the wine was aged for 2 years in oak barrels.
