The limited collection of wines is created using a special technology of stopping fermentation with cold.

The uniqueness of the natural semi-sweet Limited Edition capsule is that the wine is sweet without a single gram of added sugar, the natural sweetness of the grape berry itself and its aroma are revealed here.

To create naturally semi-sweet wines, grapes from the best areas of the Chabot terroir are used, which have reached the required level of maturity, balance of acidity and sugar.

The readiness of the berry to become wine is determined by daily tastings and by laboratory indicators.

Grapes are carefully hand-picked and delivered to production in refrigerators for 15 minutes to preserve freshness.

When the wine reaches the required level of sugar (sweetness), the fermentation process is stopped by rapid cooling to a temperature of -4°C.

In this way, it is possible to achieve a bright saturation of the varietal aroma of a fresh grape berry and preserve its natural sweetness
