Natural and dry natural sparkling wines Shabo Limited Edition are made from their own grapes. Grape vines were purchased in Europe, taking into account the peculiarities of Shabo soil and planted in the best areas of teruar. For the sake of creating an exceptional quality product, the amount of grapes on each vine is reduced to 2-3 kg. In 15 minutes, the harvest is delivered to production, which has one of the best European equipment. Here the grapes pass a delicate manual sorting in several stages and processing.

The uniqueness of the method is that the fermentation at some point is stopped by cold to -3 ° C. And then there is further storage on a thin sediment at t -2 ° C. Under these conditions, sugar in the berry does not choose, but on the contrary reveals the entire palette of taste of grapes.
