Quiet wine Shabo Limited Edition

Special Type Collection Created by Traditional Spanish Technology of Cherries in Barrels.

Shabo creates a freshe out of its own grapes of white varieties with high sugar content: alligote and rkacitel, as well as a unique autochthonous Telta Kuruk.

The process of sherry of these wines takes place in a 200-year-old historic cellar, laid by Swiss colonists who came to Shabo in the mid-19th century.

The process of at least 1.5 years is ongoing.
