wine quiet Shabo Original Collection

a collection of high quality dry and semi -sweet wines, which embodies the character of Terauar Shabo. We believe that wine is a culture. The characters depicted on Shabo Original Collection are elements of our wine culture center. They tell the history of Swiss displaced persons who founded the Shabo settlement in 1822. For 200 years this land - gives inspiration and passion, and it is these feelings that we put in every bottle of Shabo Original Collection.

Wines are made exclusively from its own grapes of Shabo Terurau. Grape vines were purchased in Europe, taking into account the features of Shabo soil and planted in the best areas for them. Also in this collection there is wine, which is made of pearl of Terurau-business cards of Ukraine-autochthonous Telta-Kuruk. There is no more in the world of such a root variety.

For the sake of creating an exceptional quality product, the number of grapes on each vine is reduced according to the variety. Grapes are collected only by hand. Within 15-30 minutes (depending on the distance of the site) the crop is delivered to production. Fermentation and storage of wine occurs in modern capacities with constant temperature control.

In all stages of production, quality control is exercised by international experts Sarl derenoncourt (France).
