The wines were made of white grapes of Riesling Rhine, whose vines were purchased in Europe and planted in Shabo teruraar in a specially selected area of ​​4 ha, with specific sandy soils with clay base.

the amount of grapes on the vine is regulated and significantly reduced - to 2 kg. Grape bunches are collected in boxes by hand and after 15 minutes, refrigerators are delivered for double sorting and delicate processing with temperature control into "Wine House Shabo", whose equipment is one of the best in Europe.

The production of "ice wine" uses extremely rare in Ukraine and is popular in the countries of the Old and New World ICedwine technology, when the natural sweetness of wine is the result of delicate freezing of grapes. For the production of only one bottle of icy wine, 0.375 l is used more than 15 kg of grapes. Quality control is exercised by international experts.
