TERMS OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS
According to the Rules of retail trade in alcoholic products, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 854 dated 07/30/96, alcoholic products of appropriate quality cannot be returned or exchanged.
In case of detection of defects, falsification of alcoholic beverages, sale of them of inadequate quality, the consumer has the right to demand from the seller:
- replacement for a similar product of appropriate quality,
- exchange for another product with a corresponding recalculation of the price for which the product was purchased,
In order to replace the goods or refund the money, the buyer must provide a settlement document of the established model, issued to him by the seller when making the purchase, which confirms the fact of the purchase with the date of sale.
Champagne, sparkling and still wines, vermouths, cognacs of Ukraine and brandy, in which no turbidity or visible sediment appeared after the expiration of the warranty period of storage, are suitable for further storage and sale.
Also, when placing an order that includes alcoholic products, the buyer agrees that he has the right to refuse only the entire list of ordered products, and not part of them.
