Products can be shipped only to settlements where the sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted by current legislation.

Please, upon receiving the order, we ask you to carefully check the parcel (either at the New Post office, or if you used courier delivery). Make sure there is no damage that may have occurred during transportation. But check the availability of all units of the product according to your order

For your convenience, we have compiled a selection of what you need to pay attention to:

• The packaging of our package is a box. If there is scotch tape, it is branded (we do not wrap the entire parcel with scotch tape). If you see that the box is all wrapped with ordinary tape, then it is possible that the bottle in this package was broken during transportation.
• If at least one bottle is broken when inspecting the package, we advise you to refuse the entire package. Even if the employee insists on taking the product that survived.
• If you have any complaints about the status of the shipment, contact Nova Poshta employees to draw up an Act.
